I have just changed my e-mail provider to Simply Mail Solutions which use the Zimbra Collaboration Suit. I changed because my old provider (Virgin Media) forced customers to move to Google Mail which meant that I had to use Webmail to manage it instead of POP3 via Outlook which I have been using for years.
I want to continue using POP3 via Outlook but now find that the Junk mail in Zimbra mail automatically goes into the Junk folder and cannot be picked up by Outlook, so I still have to use Webmail to fully manage all my mail.
Is there any way to stop the Junk filters from putting suspect mail in the Junk folder and just leave it in the Inbox so that Outlook can pick it up and manage it?
