Calendar, meeting request, no accept/deny/tentative

using web interface cannot see normal accept/deny/tentative on an email meeting request in inbox. Using "Show Original" retrieve full email message. Resending it, accept/deny/tentative THEN appears. Problem is reported to happen when sent from an external Exchange server.

Does this make sense to anyone?

Are you using Zimbra Desktop or the Zimbra web interface on a full ZCS install? What version of ZD or ZCS are you using?

Your description sounds like it could be related to Bug 43304 - Outlook '03: Appointment tracking does not update for Exchange attendees, although that one is about RSVPs sent from Exchange, not original invitations sent from Exchange.
