I have lost all my address contacts but I have many emails from them so is there any way to scan the emails and save the addresses into my Address book ?

Yes, install the Contact Collector zimlet and drop a handful of emails onto it, it will add any email address it finds. Theres no way that I know of to just point it at an entire folder though.
