Filters auto turned off?

hello everyone,

i just setup ZCS redhat version and after the weekend when i opened it up i find that some filters like antispam etc.. have been turned off and i can't switch them back on again.

anyone know what causes this?

Hi,

It seems that some of the services stopped or even crashed.
Check the logs for errors.
You can try to start the services from the console.

Login as zimbra and try

zmantispamctl start
zmantivirusctl start
zmmailboxctl start
zmmtactl start
