Default [SOLVED] Apply filter to read mail

Hi all,

Is there any way, in Zimbra Web Client, to create a filter and to apply it to mail that is already in Inbox?

Another question is : can I apply filters to Sent mail? I would like to forward sent mail automatically to another address, and not add this address each time to "To" field.

Thanks in advance,
Chris

Welcome to the forums

Go into the ZWC -> Preferences -> Filters -> Select the filter to run -> Click on Run Filter button -> Select Inbox.

Thanks for the reply, uxbod.

Apparently, I only have the tab "Mail Filters" in Preferences.
I can't find "Select the filter to run".

Is this definitely in the Zimbra Web Client or Zimbra Desktop ?

The feature is only available on Zimbra 6. You've got an older version.

What you could maybe do is use an imap client that lets you run a filter on saved mail. Or get your admin to upgrade Zimbra.
