Personal dictionary

Hi, we recently upgraded from 5.0.16 to 6.0.5 and we noticed that now, a user can add words to a personal dictionary.... So the question is, how a user can delete or query the words of his personal dictionary???..... I couldn't find any simple way that a regular user can do that......

I'm not sure there is a way for an end user to change their personal dictionary. If it really became necessary you could write some hook into zmprov to show all results of:

zmprov ga username@domain zimbraPrefSpellIgnoreWord

and if necessary remove them.

Most programs which let users have their own dictionaries (MS Office, Open Office, Firefox, etc.) have a provision - even if its a pain in the neck - to remove misspellings that you may have added. To my knowledge such a thing doesn't exist in Zimbra for the end user but you may be able to request it via an RFE on bugzilla.

Thanks for your reply. Seems to be necessary an easy way for an end user to remove added words (specially misspelled words)... Anyway, I will request an RFE for do that......
