Default [SOLVED] How to view pdf or doc as html?

One of the interesting feature of Zimbra is the ability to view pdf or doc as html. But so far, we are not able to do so. How do we access this feature?

Do you mean why you receive a attachment ? If I receive a PDF when I click on it within ZWC it opens my local PDF application.

No, that's not what I meant since every webmail can open pdf download in Acrobat reader. Zimbra list opening pdf and doc files as a html page under one of it's main features. This mean it can convert pdf and doc into html so that any web browser can display pdf and doc even without pdf and doc viewer installed.

However, we are not able to access this feature at all.

Is this on your NE or FOSS edition ? What is set within the Admin GUI for Global Settings -> Attachments -> Attachment Settings ?

I can view attachment as html for NE edition now. The setting you told me is depend on COS and I amend the COS accordingly. Thanks! So the FOSS do not have this feature.
