Connect to zimbraserver trough outlook

Hi

I want to connect to my zimbraserver trough outlook. It works all good. I can send email etc. But my problem is now, my inbox is empty. And when i try contact the server this is the error that I get:

A problem occurred when logging onto your mail server. Your Password was rejected. Account: 'mail.group.*******.**', Server: 'mail.group.*******.**', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '-ERR login failed', Port: 110, Secure (SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC92
