This would be a problem you need to talk to your system administrator about as it is not a Zimbra problem.

The error I get:

Log onto incoming mail server (POP3): Your e-mail server rejected your login. Verify your user name and password in your account properties. Under Tools, click E-mail accounts. The server responded: -ERR cleartext logins disabled

Are you sure it is not a zimbra problem?

Absolutely, this would be a setting your Administrator needs to change or give you the details of how to set-up your OE.

Just for the record, using a clear text login is a big security risk. You should never login to a remote server using clear text, you should always use SSL. Have you tried that in OE? In any case, you need to speak to your Administrator or whoever provides support for your email access.
