I'm new to this but have been having trouble on my "SmartZone Communications Center" when I try to "send" an e-mail - but only SOMETIME
It is getting aggravating as it is for my business; then many times it won't let you "save" the e-mail to a draft. You have to be really creative to get the
message saved. Can anyone help?
I typed all of the info. with this message such as: Detail, Trace, Request, etc. hoping someone can help me fix it. My computer guy is going to try to see what to do.
