Default [SOLVED] Problems with LYCOS

About 2 days ago, my Lycos mail-powered by zimbra-is not loading. I am able to surf the web freely, and Lycos.com home page loads but if you click on "Check Mail" you go to a blank screen with some "500 Server error"

Is Zimbra working on the Lycos email server?

Is anyone else having this problem?

Does anyone know when this problem will be fixed?

Please help

Welcome to the forums

You would need to raise the issue with Lycos technical support. The key is "mail-powered by" as they problem run and administer the Zimbra software in-house.

I too am having the same problem. There are some email addresses stored in Lycos that I need to access. Hope they can resolve their technical problems.

Default NO Lycos emails over the last 4 days

Can someone help me as I nolonger get my emails on Zimbra Lycos?

Last mail received is 25 Aug 2010 at 22:09.

Still waiting for feedback from Lycos Support

I'm afraid there's nothing we can do, Zimbra is not associated with Lycos other than the fact that they use the Open Source version of the Zimbra Collaboration Suite. You must contact their support directly: Lycos README

Thanks, The problem I don't get any reply from Lycos Support. Even on the opened tickets. I really need the emails as this is already 4 days.

Other than contacting them via their support tickets there's nothing else that can be done, they have your email not Zimbra.

BTW, do not post duplicate messages in these forums on the same topic. I've removed your duplicates.
