Transfering Email from Gmail

I want to transfer my Gmail Email to my Zimbra Account. I found on the wiki I could use pop2imap then I found on the Forum I could use Fetchmail.

I have about 400mb of email on my Gmail account which one should I use? Dose Fetchmail do some sort of mirroring of my Gmail Account?

Both will work, but fetchmail is better if you want to use it to move your mail from now on.. ie not going to just forward your Zimbra account.
