How to access webmail

My permanent place of residence is Ireland where I work for a higher education institution. Currently, I am on a short stay in Northern Italy. I have been trying to access my work email through zimbra, but when I type in the typical url I am not able to successfully access it. Is there an additional step or alternative address that I need to use to successfully login to email.

Seems that you try to access your email url typing your "intranet" address. If you want to get to your mail server from outside your local network ask your administrator for the external url or VPN access.
