how to activate Instant Messanger in zimbra ?

I have installed zimbra ZCS but i don't know how to use Instant Messanger.
Help please!

Why did you post this in the Zimlets forum? Which version and release of Zimbra? Please update your forum profile with the output of the following command (do not post it in this thread):

zmcontrol -v

Did you search the forums before posting as there are several threads that tell you how to do this.

VIA Admin Console

Login to Zimbra admin,go to Class Of Services(COS)

click on edit and clickon features you will find Instant Messenger option in major features check the checkbox and save it.
