Appointment Creation screen - Description/Notes field too small

I searched around the forums and could not find a similar post. If it exists, I would appreciate if someone could point me in the right direction of the solution. Zimbra version is 6.02.

Problem is:

When capturing a new appointment, in the advanced view, the description/notes field is less than one line high. If I press F11 to put the browser in fullscreen view, and then F11 again to put it back to normal view, it fixes it. But it should not be necessary to do so.

Please see the red arrows in the attached screenshot. Thats what it looks like when it comes up initially.
