Need help with error

Hi! I have a user that just started getting this error message as soon as she signs into her Zimbra account "A Parsing Error Has Occurred" and I click "show details" this is what it says

" Method: IMGatewayListRequest
msm: parse error: empty request payload
code: service. PARSE_ERROR
detail: soap:Sender "

The user is opening Zimbra up through IE 8 and sometimes uses Firefox. She has been using it for months on IE8 and had no problems, just all of a sudden she gets this error. She can click ok and it goes away and she is able to stay in zimbra fine, it doesnt close out. It is more of an annoyance than anything and I would like to know what it means. Does anyone have a clue?
