Zimbra "Documents" feature

Hi,
The Zimbra Documents feature is not enabled by default. To enable it, go to your admin UI and go to your class of service. It's in there, because I had the issue as well.
AdminUI ->Class of Service -> default -> Features -> check "Notebook"

However, please keep in mind that there are sme known issues where in certain instances, clicking on the icon can cause your browser to freeze.

After i click on the icon of Notebook, after a long time a error shows:"Stack overflow"

This is very much a big known bug.

This is a known issue and it should be in the release notes.
This happens because notebook's template doesnt get initialized/loaded. There is an extra step that admins has to do for this beta 2 release.

STEP1: su - zimbra

STEP2: zmprov in -u <username> -p <password> -f <template dir> -t Template

where

<username> is the Notebook default user name, typically wiki@<hostname>,
<password> is the password of the user,
<template dir> is the directory where you see the template files _Template,
_Index, etc. typically it's at /opt/zimbra/wiki/template directory.

STEP 3: tomcat restart

e.g:
zmprov in -u wiki@test.com -p test123 -f /opt/zimbra/wiki/Template/ -t Template

...There has been some slight changes to the commands in the last week.. not
sure which one works for beta 2 releas..so, if STEP2 fails, try:

zmprov in <username> <password> /opt/zimbra/wiki/Template/ Template
or
zmprov -l in <username> <password> /opt/zimbra/wiki/Template Template


** after step 2, makesure you do "tomcat restart"

****It should be noted that today it was noticed that it still may happen with the above fixes.

It really might be in the best intrest to simply wait until a fix/update is available. You defenetly want to disable this in your web ui if you have users on the beta. . .otherwise some bad things might happen when users get impaitent.

Hi,
I also get this error. I did an upgrade from M1 to M2.

But what is very strange is that I don't have a /opt/zimbra/wiki subdirectory at all? So I have no templates to provision! Is this a side affect of doing an upgrade?
If so where can I download the wiki subdirectory and the templates?

I don't find the "/opt/zimbra/wiki" subdirectory at all.

Why are you running the zmprov command? Those instructions were for an earlier beta release not the RC1. Have you enabled Documents in your COS? If you have what problems do you have?

When i click on Documents feature in Zimbra(login as user),firefox crash and gives me warning with 2 choices:end script or continue execute the script

I have enabled Document feature in COS and create notebook account in configuration. What should be wrong?
