With certain types of attachments it cause a javascript error as follows:

This stops the email being read,the only thing i can see is that all the emails have in common are JPG photos attached that are used with HTML (Logos, etc). (Although i have received similar messages that have worked.)
The few instances of this happening have came from various sources, im wondering whether it is a mail client out there that constructs messages differently to what Zimbra expects when parsing attachments.
Any Ideas would be much appreciated!
