    Angry [SOLVED] Mediacom Migration

    I currently use Outlook. Zimbra does NOT send a delivery receipt back to my Outlook when mail is sent.

    Before the Mediacom change, I had no problems with notification that my mail arrived at the destination server as set up in my Outlook options.

    I am not happy, above and beyond the customers who have lost email in cyberspace (including me) during the migration.

    If you have a problem you must contact support at Mediacom and give them the details of your problems.

    That's not actually correct but it would depend on which version of Zimbra is installed and whether you're using IMAP (which I assume you are). I assume your talking about Read Receipts , they're available in the current version of Zimbra but I'm guessing your ISP probably isn't up to the current version. Anyway, I'm afraid there's nothing we can do here to help you with this problem. Zimbra is only a software supplier and your support would be provided by Mediacom.
