Default problems with email forwarding

I have recently had my email server switched to zimbra. Since that time automatic email forwarding does not work. When I send to the desired mailbox from zimbra message sends but new messages are not automatically forwarded to my mobileme account even though i have new mail forwarding set up to go to the mobile me account. Any suggestions.

Thanks

if by "new messages are not automatically" you mean the new incoming mail is not forwarded then I'd suggest you report this problem to your mail administrator, they will need to look through the logs and see what's happening to your mail.

Thanks for reply. Apparently there has been a huge problem nationwide with email when my ISP (Mediacom cable) changed over to zimbra. Last I checked one forum has 66 pages of threads dedicated to problems with the migration. Much lost mail also forwarding of incoming mail to another address is not working. Per this forum the ISP is aware and working on it but still a problem.

I was able to solve the problem by creating a mail filter.

If any incoming message includes "my zimbra email address" in the To line then Save a copy locally in zimbra and forward a copy to "my mobile me email address"
