We created some ressources with the option, that the ressource not confirms new appointments by default. Then we've shared the calendar and the inbox of the ressource to the office assistant (a normal zimbra-account). The problem is, that the E-Mail, received when anybody creates a new appointment using this ressource contains no informations (is empty). So the office assistant see when and who a new appointment has created, but can't see, for whitch date it is planned. I think it's a bug - how the others see this? Perhaps we've forgot to tick any checkbox
