Shared Contact - Backup

Hi Sir/Mam,

We used OSS zimbra 5.0.18GA for internal mail. My concern are how to automatic backup of shared contacts. Usually I backup this contact using export method under preferences. Any advices are highly appreciated. Thank you.

anyone can give suggestion? I want to automatic backup of shared contacts. So that if someone accidentally deleted the shared contact. I can recover it.

Why don't you just export from the preferences of the account that the contacts are shared from?

Thanks for the reply. I use that method. But what if every day the user enter new contact on shared contact. Then what if there are 50 or more categories of shared contact? It is not a good idea to manually backup them all.
