Default plaintext authentication disallowed on non-secure connections

I get this error when press "Test connection" button in External Account Settings.
External POP3 server does not allow plaintext password and does not support SSL.
Where I can set password encryption for external POP3 account in Zimbra admin-interface or some config files ?

Have you looked in Admin Console -> Global Settings -> POP tab? All the relevant settings should be there...

I cannot set "Enable clear text login" for external server.
I need Zimbra encrypt POP3 password for external POP3 server athorization.

Woops, I assumed since you posted this in the Administrator section and not the User section that you were talking about external access to your server. I will move the thread and take another look at your issue...

So if this external server doesn't allow plain text password authentication, but also doesn't support SSL how are users supposed to login to it?
Are they supposed to use Secure Password Authentication?

If that is the case, then you can't set up this account as an External account as far as I know.
