If I do a basic or advanced search for any e-mail from a certain person I get mixed results. Example...
Say the persons full e-mail address is
john.doe@example.com. If I search the following:
from:john
from:john.doe
It will return 453 e-mails. Now if I do a search like so:
from:john.doe@example.com
It will only return e-mails from the last 30 days or so. Any idea why that is? Is there some server setting or personal setting that needs to be changed?
Another thing... if you go under advanced search use:
john.doe under the basic tab, then select the domain example.com under the domain tab, it will list all of the users e-mails.
Ideas on what I'm doing wrong or what needs to be changed?
