Default new words spellcheck

Hey,
how I can add new words in spellcheck?? Spellcheck find wrong word and some unknown, but aspell had to learn them. (for the best for all user?

wie kann ich neue Wörter der Rechtschreibprüung beibringen? Sie findet falsche Wörter und der Rechtschreibprüfung unbekannte, aber wie bringe ich es der Rechtschreibprüung bei, dass sie die lernen soll??? (Am besten für alle users)

How will this work for users?
I imagine a mutiny if folks have to ask for, or open a ticket for each and every word and name, and company name and so on in their email.

For what it's worth, Squirrelmail also uses system aspell, but allows customized dictionaries at the user level, including add and ignore.

Unfortunately that feature hasn't been implemented yet

Here is the bug where that is tracked: Bug 4495 - Support per-user dictionary for spell checking
but it doesn't looks like much progress has been made...
