Strange issue with sig and compose in new window

One of my users has a problem where if she composes in a new window (she has the "always compose in new window" option checked) she doesn't get a signature. Even if she chooses a signature from the dropdown box it doesn't appear. If she turns off the compose in new window option the signtures work fine.

I can replicate the behaviour using her account from the admin gui. But if I try the same thing using my account the signature is always available.

Anyone seen this?

This is version 6.0.2 in Mozilla based browsers BTW

In such cases, I'd zmprov ga | sort the two accounts and diff -u. Something else is different about her account.
