Default Attachment error in Zimbra Web Client

Recently I just upgrade my ZCS from 5.0.18 to 6.0.2.
After upgrade users that use standard web client on IE6 can't attach files. After writing email and press attach button, the screen goes blank.
The problem doesn't exist on IE8 & Firefox.
Is there any quick solution other than upgrade IE or install Firefox?

Thanks

Although technically the admin console at least says it is supported on "IE 6.0 SP2+" it has issues on it as does the web client... I think I read they are going to change that to be 7+ but I am not sure where I read it. In either case... it looks like you already have seen the solution which is to use a browser other then IE 6

It's hard (near imposible) to ask my users to upgrade IE or change browser, so I'm looking for another solution before I force them to upgrade.

I just tested on a machine that still has IE 6.0.2800.1106 on it on the standard client and couldn't reproduce this. I am still on 6.0.0 though, will be preforming the update tonight and will test again then.
I would suggest the obvious of clearing the browser cache in the meantime, but you have probably already tried that

Yes, I've already tried clearing the browser cache.
Hope to hear a good news.
Thank you

I just realize that I post on the wrong sub forum.
Can admin move my thread to the correct place?
Sorry for the inconvenient.
Thank you

BUMP!

I too have this problem. I can't upgrade the browser as it's IE6 on a Win2k terminal server - IE7+ not an option.

It doesn't seem to happen all the time, though. e.g. It doesn't happen at all for one user but always for others - most unusual.

PLEASE HELP US!

Based on that I did some testing and again, irrespective of changes made to composed message: It works for some people, not for others - but I can't see any obvious differences in their environments!!!!
