To field is blank or empty in emails for one user

We just recently switched over to Zimbra and are running version 6. I have one user who's account does not display who an email is To when an email is opened. She is the only one having this problem and it happens on every computer I have tried when logged in as her. I have tried from Firefox (3.0.14 and 3.5) and also from Internet Explorer. Also, it does it from the Admin console when I check her mail. It only does it when she is she is using Ajax and not when she is using HTML but using Ajax is much better. I don't want her to have to use HTML constantly. Any ideas what could be causing the problem and how I could go about fixing it?
