Hi,
In Zimbra, is it possible to select/toggle all messages?
Or how do you immediately select all messages for example in Inbox or any folder for deletion?
Thanks in advance.

Well, in the COS if you have the messages set to 100 per page, then you should be able to click on top/bottom message, scroll to the opposite end, and click and select the messages.
If you have more than 100, then you may need to select them in groups of 100s.
I don't belive there is currently a way to select all messages when you have more than 100.
Perhpas you should fill out a bugzilla request to display all messages on one page

Good luck,

hi,
I tried selecting multiple messages using the shift button trick and yeah, it did meet the requirement.
thanks!

I can certainly select a bunch of messages in a mailbox and change the read/unread staus or set/delete a tag for all the highlighted messages. Which version of zimbar are you using?

Bill
I am running Version 3.1.3_GA_474.RHEL4 Jun 9, 2006 and see no way to select multiple messages at once. Possibly there is a setting in the admin panel I am missing which allows the boxes or something next to a message so multiple messages can be selected?
How many are you talking about?
1 or 2
or
mass amounts of messages?

The entire messages from the first and the last messages should be highlighted.
