 Message not displaying when first login to an account
We are having an issue with a few accounts where, when you first log into the account it does not display any messages. Once you hit get mail they all show up. Also if i switch to the standard version the messages will then appear again. Using tried both 3.2 and 3.5 versions of firefox Also versions 3 and 4 of Safari.
Not sure what the issue is here Zimbra version 5.0.18 is what we are using. Any help or insight would be appreciated.
