Default Strikeout format in Compose Window

Is there a way to put strikeout in the compose template for email. We are running 6.0.0 GA on Ubuntu 8.04TLS.

Much of what we do is comparison work and Strikeout is commonly used.

With a cut and paste from Wordperfect or Word it displays properly but, my folks would prefer to compose in Mail composer.

TIA

Default Ctrl S

If by strikeout you mean a horizontal line across your letters, it's Ctrl S

Unhappy Ctrl S and 6.0.2 GA

In 6.0.2 GA on Ubuntu 8.04 ... Ctrl S is DRAFT SAVE or SAVE in compose window. We really need a way to be able to format strikeout (letters with a line through them) in the native compose window.

How can we accomplish this.

The method described is not working in Zimbra Desktop 2 beta (Linux).
Ctrl+S initiates a Save or Draft Save, as stated.
If some text is selected, Ctrl+S seemingly does not implement any actions.
