Zimbra 6: URL link not working in Advanced client

Hi;
URL link received through email is not working in Advanced client, either using IE or FF. But it's ok in Standard client. Anybody else having this problem?

I have seen this as well. I have also found that it depends on which class of service your account is setup for.

I have compared the two classes of service that we use and see no difference. Any help would be great.
