Default [SOLVED] Is Spam learning triggered by IMAP actions?

Hi all,

simple question to which I couldn't find an answer yet:
I'm using Thunderbird as an IMAP client to an Zimbra 5.0 open source server.
Will the server learn about spam and ham by moving spam to the spam folder and moving ham out of it via
a) the web interface
b) the IMAP client
?

Thanks in advance!

Regards
Florian

There are also ham and spam accounts that are created as part of the ZCS install, maybe the spam/ham need to hit those accounts to train spambayes?

Yes, moving messages to and from the Junk/Spam folder over IMAP will trigger the messages to be sent to the spam/ham training accounts.

...as of zcs 5.0.15 or so.

But nobody should be running less than 5.0.18 for security reasons.
