Right Click Copy in IE8

I'm not sure if it can be fixed on the Zimbra side, but I think it could since I don't have this issue in any other system I've use. In IE8 and I believe IE7 also, when composing in HTML mode, highlighting text and right clicking gives you a totally diffrent menu than if you were doing the same thing in text mode. The keyboard shortcuts work fine, but the option to copy text from the right click menu is missing (see attached screenshot). I can't seem to find a solution to this anywhere.

My users are not ones to use KB shortcuts, so this is extremely frustrating to them to say the least. Is there a way of bringing this back?

Any progress on this issue? I still can't find a rhyme or reason this still works this way. I know it's an IE thing, but, I figure there should be some way of telling IE to use a context menu that actually makes sense for the task at hand.
