Thanks

There will be an announcement when it's available.

Tomorrow: Zimbra Product Portal - 6.0 (if there's no blocking issues)

I just logged into the test server (Live demos of Zimbra's open source email and group calendar software) and all the "junk" email that had been accumulating was gone. I got real excited, thinking that finally it had been updated to 6.0. No such luck.

Anybody have any idea when it will get updated?

Does anybody have a Zimbra 6.0 test account on a server anywhere that I could log onto and check things out?

Hi shmiv,

we have a Zimbra 6.0 demo running on one of our test servers. Its a slow machine and it takes almost a minute to provision the accounts. If that is ok for you, you can try it here:

Ertel & Friends Multimedia: Zimbra-Services (click on "Live Demo")

Thanks so much. I logged on and looked around a bit. Appears as if new features are minor. What is the feedback from users?

The new features are definitely major. Many of the new features can not be seen in the Webinterface, but have you played with the documents?

Almost two weeks after release of Zimbra 6 and many are still awaiting at least a response from Zimbra on availability of the Zimbra 6 demo (not to mention screenshots) for testing by prospective users/upgraders.

So in the meantime, thank you very much deepblue for the link to the Ertel & Friends Multimedia Zimbra 6 demo site (link in his post above).

I presume that by now you've found out the Zimbra Demo is at version 6.0.1 GA?
