Hi,
I tried to import contact from Thunderbird 2.0.0.23 Ubuntu to Zimbra zcs-5.0.18_GA In Debian 4.0 in CSV format but no contacts are imported and I got any error messages !?
What is the right way to import contact from Thunderbird ?

Ok, but the only way to import from Thunderbird is to convert the CSV generated by Thunderbird with a Python script, I can't ask to hundred users on Windows to do that !Quote:

Thunderbird use LDIF format too, why Zimbra don't use this format ?
We have to migrate lot of user on Zimbra if we decide to use this collaborative app, and if it's not possible for users to import their contact it's a problem...

Well I've already pointed you to the wiki article and the script that will convert the Thunderbird format, that will do what you need.
I tried this python script but with the same result, as well with Zindus sync installed in Thunderbird, perhaps it's a problem with the import module in Zimbra ?Quote:
