sending mail to a group of people

I have created a distribution list but this only works with user of my domain

Is ther a way to send mail to a groups of people or use de contacs asigned to a specific tag without adding mail by mail????

You should be able to add external users to a distribution list.

P.S. I read that there is a chat zimlet what is the name for it???

You can try to comma separate the email field in a contact. This used to work but I've had reports of it not working anymore.

There is not a chat Zimlet. There are the beginnings of a chat/IM app in Zimbra but it is not completed yet.
