Default Pop External account limit. Too many data sources. Can't create anymore.

I use ZCS free edition.

I've create many pop3 external account for a single user and i receive this error if i try to add anymore: "Too many data sources. Can't create anymore". It' important for us use many pop3 external account for single users.

Do you know if is it possible put pop3 external number limit more higher?

Thank'you for all

Default Found solution but it doesn't function

At this url Managing ZCS Configurations i've found where modify the configuration data for resolve my problem. I've modified from 20 to 40 the "Number of scheduled tasks that can run simultaneously" but the problem remain. (I've restarted the server after configuration..) I can't add more pop3 external to a single account

That setting doesn't do what you think it doies, it only allows more tasks to run on the server for processing the mail not increase the number of external accounts.

So you're telling me that this user has 34 external accounts? If that's the case then I'd suggest you use fetchmail to get his external mail and drop it into Zimbra. Adding that many accounts will consume too many resources especially with the change you're just made, this from the link you've just posted:

If the thread is set too high, the server may be consumed with downloading this mail and not servicing “main” user requests.

You'll find several threads in the forums if you search for 'fetchmail'.
