Users upset they cannot easily see if their internal sent mail has been opened . Old groupwise email had this feature. We see the small person icon on sent mail with a small globe attached. Seems to indicate when email has been opened when small globe disappears, but takes to much time to change. Is this the feature or is there some option that can be setup at desktop or serve THANKS
