Talking Fetch mail configuration in zimbra

i have installed zimbra on centos 5, installation went well by platform override switch,
my requirement is to fetch mail from external domain and to place it on appropriate user account, for that i tried to configure fetchmail in zimbra,
but i cant understand that post on zimbra forum regarding fetch mail configuration

can any one detail that configuration pls

i have created "my_fetchrc" file in the location "/opt/zimbra/conf/" with one entry as per the instruction on that post "[SOLVED] Fetchmail from other servers (aka account aggregation)"

to test it
they said to do this "HOME=/some/dir/I/can/write/to fetchmail -v -c -f /opt/zimbra/conf/my_fetchrc"

i dont know were to add this ?
