at this moment, i use only internal dns, without any connection to internet

We still require the information though; that is why we have asked for it Zimbra relies on certain basic information to be correct. If it is not then you will have issues going forward; like you are seeing now.

Finally I figured out what was the problem
My colleague also has its own lan, with all required servers.
His users connect to mailboxes via mail.domain.
The thing is that their mailserver name is MAIL!!!
so, after I typed http;// myservername.mydomain, login in collaboration suite was succesfull.

Now I have another question. I CAN connect to my admin console via HTTPS, but i can't connect to mailbox via HTTPS, the connection goes via HTTP.
any suggestion?
