Scheduling Message Delivery

Is there any way to schedule when a composed message is delivered?

Example: If I compose a message and save it as a draft, can I schedule Zimbra to actually send the message at a particular time?

Looks like Bug 8438 may be a dupe of Bug 7524 - Delayed delivery of mail.

7524 has 23 votes besides the 9 on 8438.
