I used to be a student at Full Sail I am now faculty. I still use my student email and I was trying to forward my emails to my phone. there are a few feilds my phone is asking for in order to set it up:

Mails server type: "I put POP3"
username: "I put my username"
password: "I put my password"
reply-to address: What do I put here????
outgoing mail server: what do I put here????
outgoing mail server port: 25
incoming mail server: what do I put here????
incoming mail server port: 110

the log in is at mail.fullsail.edu.

I guess you would use that but you should confirm the required information with your administrator or help desk.

Hey! Have you figure this out by any chance? I keep getting an incoming mail server error. Ive tried pop3.fullsail.edu , mail.fullsail.edu , pop.fullsail.edu, as my incoming mail server on both POP and IMAP accounts and nothing is working. Not sure what do try now. If you figured it out let me know please :-) thank you kindly!

I am also a student @ Full Sail. I was trying to set up my email to connect though my iPhone. I contacted Full Sail Tech support about the situation and I was told that I was unable to use the iPhone or any other POP3 client to transfer emails, as it is a security issue.

Tho, my solution.. Go to the Zimbra.com website on your phone and save it as a bookmark on the home screen. You can access it at any time from there just as you would on the computer.: )

Thumbs up Figured it out

Alright, this is a very old thread, but the process is as follows for whoever comes looking for this same information in the future.

If you have Outlook, Apple Mail, or an iOS / Android device that supports Exchange (Microsoft Exchange), then this will be pretty straightforward.

1. Add a new account in your respective mail platform.
2. Select (Microsoft) Exchange. If you don't have this, but do have access to add one the old fashioned way through POP or IMAP, refer to the info you will need in step 5 and continue along.
3. Enter your email address obviously.
4. If there is an entry for an optional domain, just leave it blank.
5. In the Incoming mail server box, enter your Server name from your Full Sail web based email website. TO FIND YOUR SERVER NAME AND INFO (Also used for POP/IMAP access): From your mailbox, locate the "Options" button in the top-right of the web page. From here, select "See all options..." On this new page, near the bottom of your page, you will see a link called "Settings for POP, IMAP, and SMTP access..." Follow this link and a separate window will pop up with the information you will need.
6. In the username box of you mail application, enter your entire email address.
7. Enter your email password in the password box.
8. Depending on your application, the next steps should be automated. If your email application asks if you would like to use SSL or other encryption, ensure your settings from the previous window in which we found our Server info from the web based email. Press submit, and confirm the account is working by sending an email to and from yourself.

If you are using POP/IMAP manual setup, use the provided ports and encryption from the Server information from the window we opened in our web based email website. This worked for me in both my OS X Lion Mail application as well as my iPhone 4 running iOS 5. Push and fetch features all work just as well as my other inboxes. Good luck in your jobs/education guys!
