Popup of read receipt appears 2 times

Hi to all,

I have this problem: when a user reads a message with return receipt in preview pane, zimbra asks if you want to send or not return receipt. When I open the message zimbra asks the same question again.

Is there a manner to make zimbra asks the question only once?
