    Unhappy how to increase log levels.

    hello everybody,

    i have installed zimbra and it is working fine.
    during my usage, all the work i have done is logged into /var/log/zimbra.log.
    its show a very high level details.
    but i want to know indetail abt how the mail-exchange takes place and other related ones.
    for this i came to know that increasing the logging level may help me.
    but now i want to know that how to increase the logging level.
    and also a brief description abt logger package.

    Take a look also in /opt/zimbra/log/zimbra.log You can control the log levels in log4j.properties it lives in /opt/zimbra/conf

    hello all,

    i have seen the log files i.e./opt/zimbra/log/zimbra.log. i actually need to know what are all the source code that has been executed during the mail exchange, say. for this i came to know that increasing the log levels in log4j.properties i can get the details. now i want to know that what modifications i have to do so that i can get the needed details.
    plz kindly suggest the way.

    KevinH has already given you the answer, you change the log levels as follows:
