Outlook 2003 imap protocol doesn't work.

I've installed zimbra zcs in a linux server.

All works.

I've this strange thing. I have apple computer with Apple OS and i user Mail for mail software. If i configure imap account with Mail it works.

If i try to configure imap account in a windows pc with outlook 2003 , outlook always ask me a username and password and doesn't authenticate.

What can i do?
