[SOLVED] searching through subfolders by date

Hi All,

I am looking for a method to purge email from my users email folders depending on a number of criteria

1. email needs to be older than 6 months
2. has to be read
3. has to be in a subfolder of DL\

the DL folder holds a number of subfolders which are distribution lists that we get high volumes of email on.

1 and 2 are easy enough to accomplish, but I have been unable to get any results when i try to add the subfolder part

apparanty in:inbox/DL only lists email in that exact folder, and not items in DL\LIST-A for example in other words.. i want it to be recursive, but atm it is not.


is there any way around this ? like in:inbox/DL/*
