hi,
There currently isn't a way to check logged on users, but you can look at the audit log.
If you keep looking at the audit, you can see which ones are logged on:
/opt/zimbra/log/audit.log
Good luck
Hi,
They showed you the logged on user at the particular but does not tell you when they logged off.
The feature of able to check how many users are current logged on is when you do upgrading... making sure no one is in the middle of typing an important email.
Cheers,
adrian
There is a Chat Zimlet which will tell you when people are logged on in zimbra.
It is not ready for production yet, and is installed but disabled.
You can search the forums for the information on how to enable the chat zimlet.
Good luck
make announcements of planned maintenance beforehandThe feature of able to check how many users are current logged on is when you do upgrading... making sure no one is in the middle of typing an important email.. also, as long as the user doesn't close the window, they should be able to send the message after the upgrade is finished, though they may need to re-login first

Searching audit.log is probably your best bet, since there's no real notion of "logged in". We know when a user mail client sends a request, but because the protocol is SOAP over HTTP, it's not like the server can ping the client to find out what it's doing.
