We just switched over to Zimbra, can someone tell me where the read receipt function might be lurking for email? I can't pull it up on Help anywhere.

It's lurking in Zimbra version 6 which isn't released yet, if you have questions about feature/bugs you should always check bugzilla and the Product Portal first.
