Default Scrolling with Mouse Wheel

I was wondering if anyone had a problem scrolling with a mouse wheel in the body of a message? I cant seem to do this and I'm wondering what I might do to remedy this.

Thanks in Advance,

Yes. The installer will do all the code changes. There will be perl scripts to update the database if there are schema changes. We've been using this method for many monthes now inside of Zimbra for our own mail.
